Joan can meet max 2 person(s) for hourly session, and limited his service for one Person for half day and whole day session.

Reschedule is allowed with H-1 notice. If you do a confirmation at the day that we should meet, it will be considered that you still meet him and it's no refundable.
002. DURING THE SESSION
Joan usually need 5-35 minutes to reply your chat. If he need more times to reply, he will notify you in advance.
The minimum duration for hourly session is 1 hour, while daily session is 1 day and can last up to 7 days.
Joan doesn’t provide any voice service, both call or voice note. But you are allowed to send voice messages, as long as you have a consent from him.

003. AFTER THE SESSION
Please do not cross the boundaries. Joan will take care and respect of your privacy so please do the same for him.
Joan can refuse to meet you if he unable to do the things at your forms, or even cancel the session if he find you break the rules.
Joan doesn't have any responsibility for any feelings towards him outside the session.
Filling the padlet after the session is a must, even if you've ever met Joan more than once.
